1. Eligibility Criteria

Customers must:

  • Complete a full 90-day usage cycle

  • Submit all required photos within the specified timeline

  • Return all empty jars at the end of the period

2. Mandatory Photo Proof (Timeline-Based)

To ensure authentic and consistent use, the following photos must be shared:

  • Day 31: Photo of new Jar 2

Where to Submit Photos

All photos must be submitted through Himalayan Extracts’ official Instagram or Facebook DMs from the purchaser’s account.

3. Return of Empty Jars

For the refund to be processed:

  • Customer must return all 3 empty jars

  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer

  • Jars must match the ones shown in the photo proof

4. Claim Window

  • Claims can be initiated only after completing Day 90

  • Claims must be made before Day 95

  • Claims outside this window will be automatically rejected

5. Medical Condition Clause

If the customer’s fat accumulation, swelling, or discomfort is suspected to be due to an underlying medical or hormonal condition, Himalayan Extracts may request medical tests or recent reports such as:

  • Thyroid panel

  • Hormonal tests (PCOS, Prolactin, Estrogen, etc.)

  • Liver profile

  • Pregnancy-related changes

  • Other relevant diagnostic reports

If results show that the concern is caused by an underlying condition, the money-back guarantee becomes invalid, and the claim may be rejected.

6. Company’s Right to Final Decision

Himalayan Extracts reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject claims

  • Request additional photos or evidence

  • Reject claims with unclear, manipulated, or incomplete proof

  • Reject claims where jars appear unused, refilled, or mismatched

  • Decline claims that do not follow the usage timeline strictly

The decision made by Himalayan Extracts will be final and binding.

7. Non-Eligibility Conditions

A claim will be rejected if:

  • The product was not used as recommended

  • The customer missed any of the photo submissions

  • The jars do not match the ones shown on Day 1

  • The claim is made without completing all 90 days

  • The user has pre-existing medical conditions affecting results

  • The timeline (Day 1 → Day 90) is not strictly followed

  • Photos appear edited, unclear, or manipulated

  • The product was purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • The jar return is incomplete

8. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Refund may take 7–14 working days after approval

  • Shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable
