• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

• A standard shipping fee of ₹50 may apply on orders below the minimum value.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹40 may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

6. Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we may deduct the shipping and COD charges (if applicable) before processing a refund.
