Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Himalayan Extracts

At Himalayan Extracts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics & personal care), we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy once an order has been delivered.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package until showing the damage/issue).

  2. Share the video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Once verified, we will process a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Note: Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after collecting details from you.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
